This Privacy Policy explains how Vintsnap ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you use the Vintsnap mobile app and vintsnap.com (the "Service").
Information we collect
Account information (such as your email address) when you sign up; photos you upload to generate listing images; and usage and device information needed to operate and improve the Service.
How we use information
To provide image generation, manage your credits and account, process payments through the App Store, provide support, and keep the Service secure.
Your photos
Photos you upload are processed to create your generated images. Describe here your actual retention behaviour — how long source and generated images are stored and when they are deleted.
Sharing
We share information with service providers who help us run the Service (for example hosting, AI processing and payments). We do not sell your personal information.
Your rights
You can request access to or deletion of your data, including deleting your account from within the app. Contact us for any privacy request.
