These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vintsnap mobile app and vintsnap.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Using Vintsnap

You must be at least the age of majority in your region, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to use the Service. You're responsible for the activity on your account.

Your content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload and the images you generate. You grant us the rights needed to process your photos and provide the Service. Don't upload content you don't have the rights to.

Credits and payments

Image generation is paid for with credits purchased through the App Store. Purchases are subject to the App Store's terms. Describe here your refund and credit-expiry policy.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to create unlawful, infringing or harmful content.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
